Abstract:
The granular product of sodium butyl xanthate is a main collector of sulfide ore. Because of its strong collecting ability, it has good selective performance in Ore flotation, so it has become one of the main export products, but the stability of the drying process directly affects the quality of its products. The process control conditions for the production of n-butyl sodium xanthate granular products are determined through repeated test adjustment, which provides a complete process operation basis for the production of n-butyl sodium xanthate granular products, and ultimately the formation of a new product process procedures.

Abstract:
A process for the synthesis of sodium butyl xanthate relates to a process for the synthesis of a metal collector, and more particularly to a process for the synthesis of sodium butyl xanthate. The invention provides a synthesis process of sodium butyl xanthate with simple operation, high yield and good quality. The invention adopts the following technical scheme, the invention uses crystallization method to synthesize sodium butyl xanthate, the process steps are as follows: in a 250ml dry three-necked flask equipped with stirring device, thermometer and dropping funnel, add n-butanol and carbon disulfide, the molar ratio of the two, n (n-butanol):n (carbon disulfide) = 1:1.0~1:1.5, and then add powdered NaOH, n (n-butanol):n(NaOH)= 0.8:1~1.2:1, add solvent benzene, react at 5~35 ℃ for 0.5~1.5h.

Abstract:
with n-butanol, sodium hydroxide and carbon disulfide as raw materials, water as solvent synthesis of n-butyl xanthate sodium, then with a sulfur chloride reaction, under the condition of room temperature synthesis of symmetric disulfide di-n-butyl xanthate, the effects of reaction conditions on the yield of n-butyl xanthate and di-n-butyl xanthate disulfide were discussed. The structure of the product was confirmed by IR (FT-IR), 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The optimized synthesis conditions were as follows: n (n-butyl sodium xanthate):n(S2Cl2)= 2:1.1, the temperature was room temperature, the solvent was THF, the reaction time was 2 min, the yield was 83.2%, the reaction conditions were mild, the reaction was rapid and the yield was high.

Abstract:
n-butyl xanthate sodium salt was synthesized by using n-butanol, CS2,NaOH as raw materials and water as solvent. Then the synthesized n-butyl xanthate sodium salt was dissolved in methanol, and tetramethyl ammonium chloride was added to obtain n-butyl xanthate G tetramethyl quaternary ammonium salt ionic liquid (ILS) by stirring at room temperature, the structure of the product was confirmed by mass spectrometry (MS), elemental analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance (1HGNMR). The obtained product was used as vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber (NR), and the effects of different dosage of ILS, different vulcanization temperature and different vulcanization time on the properties of natural rubber products were discussed, compared with traditional vulcanization accelerators TMTD and CBS, the results show that n-butyl xanthate G tetramethyl quaternary ammonium salt ionic liquid has good low temperature for natural rubber (NR), efficient vulcanization promoting effect.
